Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags still attached, into their original packaging or a sturdy shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
